- TR 1 – has arrows going from it and no arrows to it meaning it is a “Driver”
influences others, but is not influenced by any TR’s - TR 2 – has only incoming arrows and no outgoing it is called an “Indicator”.
- The status of TR1 as a driver – any efforts to change will affect others negatively.
- The status of TR 2, means no resources need be allocated directly, as changing TR 4 directly & TR 1,5 & 3 indirectly, will have a direct bearing.
