Day 1 : Objectives

  1. Understand Voice of Users through modes of user engagement- Empathise.
  2. Creating a Point of View (POV) statement and Stakeholder Persona.
  3. Affinity Diagram based on User Inputs.

Day 1 : Learning Outcomes

  1. Select project title, develop a survey questionnaire (basic) to get Voice of users, why, what, and how.
  2. Based on the ‘Voice of Users’ develop a storyboard to visualise.
  3. How to create an affinity diagram.
  4. POV statement for your project based on User, Needs, and Insights, Inputs to create Stakeholder Personas.
