    – Kano Evaluation.
    – Sample Questionnaire forms and stat tables.
  3. Voice of User- Systems tree.
  4. Extraction to Technical Response.
  5. HOQ table showing the extraction.
    Low fidelity frames from point 4 neatly linked.
  6. High fidelity frames as possible.
  7. Systems diagram linking the UX screens to support or related systems ( devices, backend, government, corporations).
  8. The Matrix table as defined.
  9. Insights and learnings- individual.
